DALE MYERS

Dale Myers, 69, 206 K Ave., Nevada, died Saturday, Oct. 26, 1985, at Story County Hospital in Nevada. Death was due to cancer. He had been ill for three years.

Mr. Myers was born Dec. 29, 1915, in Story county, Ia., to John C. and Sarah (Bovender) Myers.

He was married to Jane Swafford Feb. 22, 1940, at Nevada.

Survivors include his wife, Jane; two sons, Dallas of Jackson, Tex., and Terry of Nevada; six sisters, Marie Mesler of Des Moines, Gertie Myers of Monroe, Ia., Etta Richardson of Portland, Ore., Laura Feldt of Comanche, Ia., LouEllen Stebbins of Maxwell, Lois Pfieffer of Auburn, Ia.; and one brother, Lester Myers of Nevada.

He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers and two sisters.

Mr. Myers attended Nevada schools.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Brad Braley officiating.
