Diane Sue Smuck
May 19, 1951-Dec. 23, 1995Diane Sue Smuck, 44, of Story City died of pneumonia at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services will be today at 1:30 p.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Story City, with the Rev. Tom Hunt officiating.
Miss Smuck was born in Story City on May 19, 1951 to Murl and Alice (Tesdall) Smuck. A lifetime resident of Story City, Miss Smuck was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Survivors include her parents; one brother, Mike Smuck of Story City; three sisters, Loretta Shelton of Humboldt, Shirly Miller of Albion, and Sharon Stowe of Dunbar; six nieces, six nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and two great-great-nieces. She was preceded in death by one niece.
