April 4, 1938 - December 16, 2011
Saint Peters, Missouri

Norris Kearns, 73, of St. Peters, MO passed away Friday, December 16, 2011, at Delmar Gardens in O'Fallon, Mo.

Norris was born April 4, 1938, in Brandon, Iowa, to Owen and Harriett Kearns. He graduated from Oak Park Academy and married Marilyn Sue Crozier on June 16, 1956. Norris was retired from his own business, "Norris' Chuck Wagon."

Norris is survived by his son, Scott (Brenda) Kearns of St. Peters, MO; his grandchildren, Sarah, Laura and Scotty Kearns of St. Peters, MO; his brother, Dwayne Kearns of Roy, Utah; and his sister, Juhl Prater of Golden Valley, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his wife in 2008; his parents; and his brother, Donald.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2011, at Bacon Funeral Home, 1418 Fawcett Parkway in Nevada, Iowa with Pastor David Lincoln officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Nevada.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
