Gregory Alexander

BORN: June 6, 1929
DIED: January 17, 2011
LOCATION: Slater, Iowa

Gregory was born in Ames June 6, 1929 to Joseph Francis and Elisabeth Ann (Vorsten) Alexander. He was a baker. He enjoyed going to church and Bible Study. He also enjoyed music, playing several stringed instruments, and spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by his four sons, Steve (Dana), James (Mitzi), Tim (Karen), and Dan (Jeanne) and one daughter, Joleen (Brad); sister, Lois; brother, Jim; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirley; brother, Joe; and sister, Marguerite. He will be missed by all.
