Prior to retiring, Bob enjoyed his position as Vice President of South Story Bank and Trust in Huxley, Iowa.

Bob enjoyed golfing, camping, hunting, fishing, playing cards, telling Ole and Lena jokes, and having “Happy Hour” with his friends and family. Besides being the handyman in the family, he was known for his outgoing and friendly nature, his sense of humor, and his love of telling stories. Bob was dearly loved by his family and made friends wherever he went.
