At the residence of Mr. Abel Olson, in Howard township, on Tuesday morning March 23d, Mrs. Carrie Olson aged about 97 years.

Mrs. Olson, whose life covered almost a century, was the mother of twelve children, of whom Abel Olson was the youngest. She came to this country from Norway, a little less than two years ago to spend the balance of her days with her son. She passed away without pain; willing for the change, and in the full enjoyment of an upright and true christian life.
