Yesterday the remains of Miss Ellen O'Donnell was received here from the hospital at Clarinda where she had been for treatment for several months past. She was aged about forty-six years. The last rites were held at the Catholic church under the ministration of Father Nichols and the remains tenderly laid to rest. She has long been a resident here save during her absence for treatment at Mt. Pleasant and at Clarinda, and years since was well known to our people as a lady of sterling worth and merit.
