DIED.--On Friday evening last at the residence of her son George Chapman in Richland township, Mrs. Mary Chapman, aged 85 years. The funeral was held at the Advent church by Rev. Baird of Des Moines after which the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery to await the last call. She leaves sons and daughters to look forward to the meeting in the future there being five sons and daughters, Edward, George and Frank living within Story county.
