Anna Katrina Nelson was born in Denmark, February 20, 1878, and died in Story City March 3d, 1905, at the age of twenty-seven years. November 15, 1899, she was married to Nels Martins and in 1902 the couple moved to this country coming direct to Chicago where they made their home for a short time. The funeral services were held at the Nelson house Sunday at 1:30 p. m. and at the Bethel church at 2 o'clock. The services were conducted by Rev. Paulsrud of Randall. The remains were laid to rest in the Story City cemetery.
