Milford and Grant.

Mrs. Hiram Taylor an old and highly respected resident of this neighborhood died at her home Sunday afternoon after a short illness of pneumonia. The immediate cause was heart failure. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at the M. E. Church of Ames and the remains were laid to rest in the Ames Cemetery.

Mrs. Hiram Tay.or died at her residence just east of town Sunday and the funeral took place on Tuesday at the M. E. Church here. Her age was 68 years and she had been a residenct of this neighbor-hood for the past generation, leaving a family greatly esteemed by all of the immediate neighbors. She has been ill only a short time, and all are sorry that the time for her departure has thus arrived. She leaves a husband and family to look forward to that meeting in the future at which partings shall be no more.
