Isadore Janett Eatherton was born in Delaware county, Ohio, October 9, 1839. She came with her parents to Iowa in the fall of 1854. She was married to Leonard Tipton in Nov. 1857. Her death took place at her home at Collins, Iowa, Feb. 21, 1904, aged 64 years, 4 months, and 12 days.
