Colo Banner: ....Mrs. Fred Bader died at her home 6 miles northeast of Colo last Friday, May 8. Funeral services were held in the German Lutheran church at French Grove* Monday morning at 10:30 a. m. ....

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: French Grove is in Minerva Township, Marshall County, Iowa. However, according to her death record, "Mary Bader" died 8 May 1903 in Sherman Township, Story County, Iowa and is buried in State Center, Marshall County, Iowa.
