Yesterday morning Washington Dawson died at his residence west of this city as a direct result of a paralytic stroke which he received a few days since. He was one of the best farmers of our country and his loss will be a severe one to all his neighbor and friends. The funeral will take place at his residence in Grant township on Saturday morning at 10 a. m., under the direction of the G. A. R. Post of this city.
