Slater News: ....Thomas Baker, an old resident of Palestine township, died at his home in Huxley last Sunday....

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Death records show "Tom Baker" was born in 1832 in Norway and died 17 Aug 1902 in Huxley, Story County, Iowa. He was buried in the Fjelberg Cemetery, Story County, Iowa.
