Ames Intelligencer: The death angel stole quietly to the home of Mrs. Z. K. Graves, southwest of Ames, Saturday night, June 21, and took away her mother, Mrs. Sara Freeland, from among the living. She was born near Ithaca, New York, November 14, 1836, and died at the good old age of 65 years 7 months and 7 days....
