Thos. Fitzgerald died last evening at his home in this city at quite an advanced age after an illness of some duration. He was a native of Ireland coming to this country many years ago and for more than a generation has lived in this section of the country. He leaves several grown up children to mourn his loss and look forward to a meeting in the better land. He was a strict Catholic and will have the last rites given by that church. The funeral will take place Saturday, 10 a. m. at the Catholic church.
