Slater News: ....Henry Ellsworth Ballard was born in Story County September 15, 1886 and died Feburary 12, 1901, from tuberculosis which has prostrated him since November. His death was comparatively painless and he seemed satisfied with the assurance that faith in Christ gives the believer.
