Monday morning while attending to house hold duties of the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. L. Moore, Mrs. Debora Black while handling a gasoline stove was fatally burned by the explosion resulting. At the time she was alone but parties reached her in a few seconds but all to late, since the work was done, she being literally burned all over although none were very deep. The fire was put out in a hurry but the result was that she expired about 2 p. m. of the same day. The funeral was held by Rev. Brown after which the remains were shipped to Reasoner for interment beside her husband. Her age was 77 years, but she was hale and hearty, more so than many of 25 years younger. The family have the utmost sympathy of all in their hour of bereavement.
