Charlotte Elizabeth was forn to Richard W. and Charlotte Robinson in Livingston county, New York, February 22, 1824, and was married to Geo. D. Southwick, September 17, 1843. In 1867 they removed from the Empire State, settling in Winnebago county, Illinois. Five years later they took up their residence about three miles north west of Cambridge, where they lived about one year, removing then to a farm of their own in the northwestern part of Polk county. After a year passed there, they came to town and resided there continuously till death released them from earthly pain and suffering, Mr. Southwick's demise occurring September 10, 1884....
