Little Sarah, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Loughran, who had brain and spinal trouble since Monday last, died on Sunday A. M., at 6 o'clock. She was 20 mo's., old at the time of her death. The funeral was held at the home of her grandpa (K. W. Brown), on Monday last at 3 p. m. "Little Sarah" (as she was known and called by us), had many friends in the vicinity. Among the children she was a special favorite as her disposition was always an amiable one. Those who knew her know how to sympathize with her parents in this their time of sorrow at the loss of one so deat. Rev. Douglass conducted the furneral service. As pall bearers six of her little girl friends were chosen each dressed in white and carrying in one hand a bouquet. The choir consisted of two young girls who rendered beautifully the well known selection "All the way my savior leads me" "Shall we meet beyond the river", and one of "little Sarah's" favorites "Rock of Ages."
Dear to our hears was "little Sarah"
Babe of our fervent love and prayer.
Now she's at home in glory,
Waiting to welcome us there.Lovely as fairest morning
Pure as a flake of fallen snow,
Bright as the cheering sunshine,
Pleasant as the brooklet flow.Beautiful, beautiful Sarah
Full of kindness and love
Angel of goodness and gladness
Gone to our Father above.A FRIEND
