DIED:--At the home of his father, two miles east of town on Monday afternoon, Aug. 29, 1892, Ward Aldon, son of J. M. & Rebecca J. Olinger, after an illness of one week, aged 13 years and six months. He was a very bright and interesting boy, and his loss will be deeply felt. Much sympathy is felt for the family in their sore trial. The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon in the Cumberland Presbyterian church, the service being conducted by Rev. R. A. Ferguson, Revs. Curtis, Bodenham and Doty, taking part in the service, after which the remains were laid to rest in our cemetery.
