Sunday morning Chas. Blackman died at his residence in this city. The funeral took place Monday. Mr. Blackman was a native of Kent, England, aged 73 years. He came to this place thirteen years ago and has been one of our steady residents since that time. He leaves a wife and daughter here to mourn his loss.
