Dick Briggs, of Highmore, Dakota, has been in town the past week because of the dangerous illness of his child, which is with the family of his parents.
From Story County Watchman October 29, 1886
The child of Mr. Dick Briggs', to which we referred last week, died on Thursday night and was buried on Sunday.
