Mr. John Garren was brought to Dr. Brown's office very sick with bilious colic Wednesday evening. He continued to suffer until 8 o'clock Thursday evening when he died. His remains were taken to Polk county, nine miles south of Cambridge and there interred in the Cory Grove Cemetery*. He leaves a wife and four children.
