Louis Frank Melton, 81, of Mesa, Ariz., and formerly of Nevada, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at Odyssey Hospice, Peoria, Ariz. A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, at the Colo Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at Niland’s Cafe.

He is survived by one son, Dennis (Bonnie), of Collins; two daughters, Deb (Rob) Hardy, of Ames, Darla (Gary) Ingham, of Nevada; one son-in-law John Potter, of Hubbard; one sister Jean Smith, of Adel; two brothers Darrell (Joni), of Runnells, and Kenneth (Sandy), of Surprise Ariz.; nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, DeAnn Potter; one brother, Russell; two sisters, Rhea Irving and Joan Croker.
