Joshua Christopher Adams, 26, of Ames, died Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, at Adams Funeral Home in Ames.

Joshua was born March 3, 1984, in Glenwood Springs, Colo., to Randy and Christine (Unholz) Adams. He graduated from Adair-Casey High School in 2002 and from ISU with a computer engineering degree in 2007. He was a System Support Specialist at the Ames Lab. Joshua enjoyed problem solving, computers, cooking, reading, skiing and biking.

He is survived by his parents, Randy and Christine Adams, of Earlham; sister, Jamie; grandparents, Mary Lou (Greg) McNeill, Ruth Unholz and Donna (Bill) Beale; uncles, Carl (Kathy) Unholz, Jack Wagner, Tom Adams, Curt Unholz and Larry (Nancy) Wagner; aunt, Karen (Paul) Unholz; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Adams Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
