Sad indeed was the second death that occurred in this community this week. Mrs. Ira Erickson, formerly Miss Anna Langland, aged about 27 years, died at 1 p. m. Wednesday in child birth. She leaves a husband and two small children. Mrs. Erickson was a daughter of Mr. Ole Langland and spent her girlhood, as well as her womanhood in the vicinity of Roland. She was a loving and helpful wife and a kind a dutiful mother. She was beloved not only by her near and dear relatives, but by all who knew her. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Bergen's church and were largely attended; after which the remains were interred in the Roland cemetery. The husband, children, father, brothers, sisters and many friends are extended sympathy by the RECORD.
