Donna Mae (Longnecker) Baker June 1, 1932 – Dec. 4, 2001
Donna Mar Baker, 68 of Huxley died of cancer Tuesday at home Services will be at 2 pm Friday at Bacon Funeral home in Maxwell, with burial at Cambridge Cemetery in Cambridge.
Mrs. Baker was born in White Oak and had lived in Wisconsin from 1981 until returning to Iowa in 1992. She co-owned a heavy equipment business with her husband before retiring and had works for Minnesota Valley Testing Laboratory in Nevada. She was a member of White Oak Church and Bible Study Group and enjoyed yard work and bird watching.
She is survived by two sons, Rex of Nevada, IA and Rod of Cambridge; two daughters, Diana Gragert of Slater and Doreen Lee of Cambridge: seven grandchildren: three great-grandchildren: five brothers, Raymond Longnecker of Ankeny. George Longnecker Jr. of Huxley, Wesley Longnecker of Elkhart. Ed Longnecker of Nevada and Jerry Longnecker of Bella Vista, Ark, and two sisters Genevieve Mihalovich of Des Moines and Ruth Scharnweber of Tama.
She was preceded in death by her husband Douglas.
Visitation with the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at Bacon Funeral home. Memorials contributions may be made to the her Church or Homeward Hospice

Donna Mar Baker was born in White Oak, the daughter of George Sr. and Blanche (Ault) Longnecker. She married Douglas Back Jan. 31, 1953. She had worked in Nevada at the Minnesota Valley Testing Laboratory. She and her husband owned a heavy equipment business with her husband in Wisconsin. They retired in 1992 and moved back to Iowa. She was a member of White Oak Church and Bible Study
