THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, December 3, 2009.

Thomas R. Paulsen, 66, of Harlan, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., with family greeting friends from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 4, at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at First United Methodist Church in Harlan.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth, of Harlan; their daughter, Lisa Ann (Gordon) Sosso, of Omaha, Neb.; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Virginia (Raymond) Hughes, of Beverly Hills, Fla., and Barbara (Harry) Budd, of Ames.

Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
