Died at Janesvill Wisconsin, of Paralysis January 12th 1878, Mr. John S. Brooks of Nevada.

Mr. Brooks, the late proprietor of the Central House at this place, has been failing in health for several months, and went to Janesville to receive medical treatment. He leaves a family who reside here.
