THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Friday, August 21, 2009.

Bruce B. (Barney) Bushore Sr., 79, of Fraser, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, at the Walter-Schroeder Funeral Home at Fifth and Story streets in Boone. Burial will be in the Bluff Creek Cemetery, northwest of Boone.

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Aug. 24, at the funeral home. Visitation will continue from 8 a.m. to the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to the family, to establish a college fund for his grandchildren.

Walter-Schroeder Funeral Home at Fifth and Story streets in Boone is in charge of the arrangements.
