Erma B. Holland April 4, 1911 to Aug. 22, 1992
Erma Beatrice Holland, 81, of Nevada died of a heart attack at her home.
She was born to Ingwal and Belle (Fronsdahl) Estrem at Slater. On Dec. 22, 1934, she married Emmett Holland at Slater. She lived many years in Nevada, working 25 years for Donnelley Marketing at Nevada. She was a member of Nevada Memorial Lutheran Church, Nevada, and the church's women's group.
Survivors include her husband, Emmett, of Nevada; two daughters, Beverly Peterson of Kelley and Jeanne Cook of Ames; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles Estrem of Huxley; and two sisters, Gladys Estrem of Huxley and Arlene Ruggles of Williams.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, an infant grandson, a brother, LeRoy Estrem, and a sister, Mildred Erickson.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at Memorial Lutheran Church, Nevada, with Pastor Daniel W. Solomon officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Nevada. Chet Ryan Mortuary, Nevada, handled arrangements.
