FORMER NEVADA MAN BURIED IN KANSAS

NEVADA - Word has just been received here of the death of William H. Smith, 78, former Nevada resident, who died July 14 at Marysville, Kan., and was buried there July 16.

Mr. Smith's death was due to a heart attack following a long illness from asthma and paralysis.

Mr. Smith was married to Susannah E. Wood of Nevada in 1879. They moved to Kansas in 1891 where Mr. Smith has been engaged in building construction.

A brother, I. N. Smith, is a resident of Story County.
