MRS. HENRY RONEY, SLATER WOMAN, DIES

SLATER—Funeral services Mrs. Henry Roney, 76, who died at her home here Tuesday, were held Thursday afternoon from the Catholic church at Madrid. Burial was in Lynnwood cemetery near Boone.

Mrs. Roney was severely injured in an automobile accident a little more than a month ago at which time her husband was killed.

Surviving are her two sisters, Mrs. Nell Shaeffer of Scranton and Miss Mary Barrow of Slater who was injured in the same automobile accident and who is bedfast at the Roney home.
