AMES PIONEER DIES AT HOME HERE MON.
Mrs. Isabelle Keltner, 86, pioneer Ames resident, died at her home, 1002 Clark avenue, Monday morning at 6:30 after an extended illness. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Adams chapel with the Rev. Jack Finegan, pastor of the Ames Church of Christ, in charge. Burial will be in the Ames cemetery.
Mrs. Keltner was born in New York state and came to Ames when a small child. She has resided here since.
Surviving are two sons, Frank at home and William of Ames, one daughter, Mrs. Hattie Banks, three nieces, Mrs, Myrtle Latherow, Mrs. L. N. Barnard, Mrs. Lou Jones and two nephews, L. A. Queal and William Queal all of Ames.
