MRS. BINGMAN, EARLY AMES SETTLER, DIES
Mrs. A. M. Bingman, 90, an early settler in Ames, died Friday at her home in Monmouth, Ore., following an illness of more than one year, it was reported here Saturday by her daughter, Mrs. Will McKinley.
Mrs. Bingman resided in Ames for about 30 years, leaving here in 1900 to make her home in Oregon.
Surviving her, in addition to the daughter here, are Mrs, Lillian Hill, Mrs. Keen and Mrs. Smith, all of Monmouth; Mrs. Carrie Jennings, Wichita, Kan.; and two sons, Harry, Monmouth, and Carl, Paradise, Cal.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Sunday in Monmouth.
