C. E. KNOKE, 62, DIES AT STORY CITY FRIDAY
STORY CITY-C. E. Knoke, 62, a resident of Story City for 22 years, died at 1:15 p. m. Friday. It was believed that death was due to a fall he sustained Thursday evening in front of his home. He died of a heart attack, believed brot on when hs strained his heart in the fall.
Knoke is survived by his wife and six brothers and sisters; Mrs. S. C. Wollesteine, Cresco, Henry, Mrs Julia Miller, Miss Amelia Knoke, Mrs. W. N. Hilleman, all of Decorah, and Mrs. Perry Thompson, Tacoma, Wash.
Funeral arrangements were not completed Saturday morning but it was known that burial would take place in the Masonic section of the Lindale cemetery, Des Moines.

Funeral Rites For C. E. Knoke Tuesday
STORY CITY — Funeral services for C. E. Knoke who died here Saturday noon, will be held at 12:30 p. m. Tuesday from the home and at 1 p. m. from the Grace Evangelical church, with the Rev. G. L. Bergeman, pastor of the church, in charge.
Burial will be in the Glendale cemetery in Des Moines, with Masonic groups in charge of the burial services.
