Mrs. Andrus' Father Dies In Minnesota

Mrs. L. T. Andrus, 1007 Wilson avenue, has received word of the death Wednesday of her father, George L. Smith, 76, at his home in Granada, Minn. Funeral arrangements had not been completed Thursday.

Mr. Smith was born in Iowa but had spent a major portion of his life in Minnesota and Canada. Death was attributed to heart disease.

Surviving besides Mrs. Andrus are two sons and one daughter, Dr. J. M. Smith of Collins, Orville W. Smith of State Center, and Mrs. T. L. Floden of Hampton. Mrs. Smith died last summer.
