Mitchell Ballard Rites on Thursday

CAMBRIDGE— Funeral services for, the late Mitchell Ballard, who died at the home of his
only son, W. W. Ballard in Panora Tuesday night, were held in the Community Methodist church here at 2:30 Thursday afternoon.

For many years Mr. and Mrs. Ballard lived on a farm in the White Oak community, south of here. With the advance of age they came to Cambridge. Mr. Ballard's health continuing to fail, he and his wife removed in 1927 to the home of their son at Panora.
