JESSE M. WILLIAMS RITES HELD SUNDAY

FERNALD—Funeral services for the late Jesse M. Williams, 51, prominent farmer who lived two miles northeast of here, were held at the Christian church in Collins Sunday afternoon at 2:30. Interment was made in the Collins
cemetery.

Death, which resulted from double pneumonia, occurred at his home about eight o'clock Friday morning after an illness of but four days.

Mr. Williams is survived by his widow, two children, Amos Grant, 17, and Huberta Edith, 13, and two sisters, Mrs. Hattie McCord and Mrs. John Lafferty, both of the Collins neighborhood. One daughter, Wilmette Annette, died at the age of nine months.

For several years prior to their coming to Fernald last March, Mr. and Mrs. Williams lived on a farm near Shipley. Mr. Williams was born in Collins township, November 15, 1878 and was married to Miss Edith Stevens on August 1, 1912.
