LANGLAND FUNERAL WILL BE HELD SAT.

ZEARING - Funeral services for Tory Langland, 36, former farmer of the St. Anthony district, will be held at the Elm Lutheran church at Marshalltown Saturday afternoon at 2:30.

Mr. Langland died April 4, his birthday, in Los Angeles, Calif., of intestinal cancer. He had suffered with cancer for some time and left here March 19 for treatment at Los Angeles. His wife and two children, Arlene, 12, and Jack, 6, were enroute to California to join Mr. Langland at the time of his death.

Besides his wife and children, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Langland of Zearing; two brothers and two sisters survive. The surviving brothers and sisters include: Mary of Marshalltown, Mrs. Byron Hopkins of Los Angeles, and Willie and Gilbert at home.
