FRED HASS DIES AT HOME OF SISTER

NEVADA — Fred Haas, 64, died at the home of His sister, Mrs. P. J. Hennehan of this place at 3 a. m. Saturday morning. Mr. Haas had been ill with a complication of pneumonia and pleurisy since Monday.

Funeral services will be held at the Bishop funeral home here at 2:30 Monday afternoon.

The deceased was the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Haas of Nevada, both of whom are yet living. Besides his parents he leaves three sisters, Mrs. Harvey Crawford, Gilbert; Mrs. Belle Henrehan, and Miss Bessie; and two daughters, Miss Bertha and Mrs. Milo Rowe.

Mr. Haas was born near Davenport February 17, 1876. When two years old his parents removed to Story county, where they have continued to reside. On June 16, 1904 he was married to Delia McNaughton. The couple formerly lived in Milford township, one mile north of Dayton park.
