THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, July 17, 2008.

Ione Alvestad, of Williams, went to be with her Lord Sunday, July 13. She had been residing at a care facility in Williams. Memorial services will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell. Burial will be in Rose Grove Cemetery south of Williams.

Becker Funeral and Cremation Service of Jewell is in charge of arrangements.
