Patricia Louise Cannon, 74, of Roland, died at home, Monday, June 9. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 12, at Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Bacon Funeral Home in Nevada. Cremation will follow the services.

Patricia was born Jan. 7, 1934, in Oglesby, Ill., the daughter of Anton and Clara (Harcyzinski) Bunzell. She married Edward W. Cannon Oct. 26, 1957 in Oglesby. They moved to Roland in 1971. She was a mother and a homemaker who loved her family and kids. She was a member of Grace Bible Church of Gilbert.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Edward W. Cannon, of Roland; two sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Cindy Cannon, of Spring Grove, Ill., and Anthony and Maria Cannon, of Newnan, Ga.; one daughter and son-in-law, Chris and Joe Christian, of Des Moines; seven grandchildren, Samantha Wilson, Jenniffer Jones, Nathan McClellan, Heather McClellan, Courtney Coles, Jeff Christian, Justin Christian; five great-grandchildren, Taylor Coles, Lauren Coles, Alivia Wilson, Jacob Christian, Chloe Christian; one brother, Joseph Bunzell, of La Salle, Ill.; and two sisters, Sally Tostovarsnik, of Oglesby, Ill., and Mary Helen Wallin, of Grandville, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Frank Bunzell; and one sister, Betty Doty.

Memorials may be made to Grace Bible Church of Gilbert.

Bacon Funeral Home and Crematory in Nevada is in charge of arrangements.
