Lillian Millang, 89, formerly of Story City died March 15, 2007 at Rockwell Care Center in Rockwell, Iowa. Funeral services were held Monday, March 19, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Petri Lutheran Church in Story City. Burial was at the Story City Cemetery.

Lillian was born Oct. 11, 1917 in Grafton, North Dakota to John and Louise (Schultz) Zinke. She married Marvin Millang on August 23, 1939. He died Oct. 7, 1974. She was a member of St. Petri Lutheran Church. Lillian had lived in Story City until 1990 when she moved to Ames and then last year to the nursing home in Rockwell.

Lillian is survived by a daughter-in-law, Jeanne Millang and her friend, Bruce Baxter of Rockwell; five grandchildren, Sara Weber, Shane Weber (Heidi), Adam Millang, Jesse Millang, and Jasmine (Craig) Nelson; three great-grandchildren, Dakota, Makenzii and Darin and a sister, Martha Crebs of Eugene, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Ray; three sisters and seven brothers.
