THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Saturday, October 13, 2007.
Wilma J. Page, 66, of Ames, died Thursday, Oct. 11, at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, at Oakwood Road Church, 2400 Oakwood Road, in Ames.
Wilma J. Page was born Oct. 9, 1941, in Fairview, Mont., to Fred E. and Mary L. (Brunson) Eggleston. She graduated from Laurel High School in Laurel, Mont. She married Dennis Page in Laurel, Mont. She was a cake decorator and counter person at Dutch Oven Bakery in Ames.
She mastered gardening, cooking, sewing, cake decorating and being Nana to many children.
Survivors include five children and their families, James (Marcie), Jessica and Nick Page, of Arlington, Wash.; Caralee (Jay), Courtney and Jayson Ochanpaugh, of Ames; Timothy Page, of Puyallup, Wash.; Kelby (Linda), Zack, Karmen and Danielle Page, of Stevensville, Mont.; and Cory Page, of Billings, Mont.; her mother, Mary Michalis, of Billings, Mont.; two sisters, Roberta Mathis, of Kenmore, Wash., and Rebecca Atnip, of Topeka, Kan.; and one brother, Fred Eggelston, of Grand Junction, Colo.
Her father preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at Grandon Funeral and Cremation Care, 414 Lincoln Way, in Ames.
Grandon Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family with arrangements.
