THE AMES TRIBUNE, Ames, Story County, Iowa, Sunday, August 19, 2007.

John King, 60, of Ellsworth, died Saturday, Aug. 18, at Stratford Care Center. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday Aug. 21, at Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story City.

John is survived by his wife, Vicki, of Ellsworth; two sons, Tim King, of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Ben King, of Ellsworth; one daughter, Tracey King, of Broken Arrow, Okla.; two grandchildren; his mother, Rose Lee King, of Bristow, Okla.; and three sisters, Jeanie Walker, of Broken Arrow, Okla., Jeanette Weaver, of Gypsy, Okla., and Bonnie Perry, of Bristow, Okla.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest King, and a half brother, Alfred Lee Arnett.
