HARRY UITERMARK

NEVADA, IA - Harry Uitermark, 82, of Nevada died of pneumonia Sunday at Story County Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Nevada United Methodist Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Uitermark, a retired farmer and member of Nevada Senior Citizens, was born in Leighton and had lived in Nevada since 1977.

He is survived by his wife, Lola; two daughters, Arliss Blackledge of Algona and Ione Cleverley of Mingo; three sons, Dean of Pilot Mound, Doyle of Maxwell and Dwayne of Homestead; a brother, Marion of Monroe; 14 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Chet Ryan Mortuary, where the family will meet with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. ~ The Des Moines (IA) Register, January 28, 1990
