Dean McBride Johnston, 81, of Nevada, passed away Saturday, April 14th, 2007, at Rolling Green Village in Nevada, Iowa. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 28th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing, Iowa. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 28th, at the Fredregill Funeral Home in Zearing. Burial will be in the Lincoln Township Cemetery, Zearing, Iowa.

Dean is survived by his son Michael S. Johnston and his sister Marilyn Reuber Batchelor of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He was preceded in death by his wife Jean, his parents and his sister Wilma Sharp.
