NEVADA JOURNAL, Nevada, Story County, Iowa, Thursday, April 5, 2007.

Patricia Ann Applegate, 80, of Greeley, Colo., died March 31 at North Colorado Medical Center - Hospice & Palliative Care Unit. Services will be held Saturday, April 7, at 2 p.m. at Adamson West Chapel. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
